Event Profits Soar as Stock Losses are Slashed by 9%

Venners Event Consultancy teams regularly do stocktaking and produce results for every bar/service point of stadiums’ and venues within an hour of closing (including some of the largest in the country). Recently, a new client’s event produced a combined stock loss and recorded wastage loss of 13.9% of total sales.
Our systems record stock results and connects client’s individual staff to those results. This allows event controllers to see how team leaders and unit managers have fared across a number of events and identifies any weaknesses.
In conjunction with management the Venners Event Consultancy team introduced points of concern, highlighted problem staff and focussed on areas of major stock loss. In four months this has reduced stock losses from 13.9% to 4.9% and has dramatically improved margins.
