How will your Auditors know what is important to our business?
We will already have discussed with our clients what the major risks are and have built a unique specification based not only on our discussions but also on your operating procedures manual.
Is your Auditors work restricted to normal office hours?
No, we carry out audits to suit our clients. For example we carry out night audits for many of our customers. We time our visits to maximise the impact of the Audit.
Is your Compliance Audit service restricted to the licensed trade?
No, we carry out Compliance Audit in many different businesses, for example we carry out regular customer experience audits for a train company.
How long after the Audit, do I receive the report?
The detailed report is available on completion of the Audit which is, within 24 hours of the visit and includes a detailed action plan with recommendations for follow up.
How long does an Audit take?
Our standard is to build a specification that will take a minimum of a full working day. This should be sufficient to highlight problems from which a more detailed follow up Audit can be arranged. Some customers require multiple day audits and we are happy to accommodate them.
At what level do you report?
Our reports go to key personnel as well as unit managers. We also provide corporate statistical reporting which give a company overview, targeted at Board level.
