We recruit mainly from the licensed trade. Pub + Hotel managers etc.
How do you train staff?
Intensive one to one training on the job with an experienced auditor for as long as it takes.
How do you make sure that your staff are doing the job correctly?
All our staff are audited regularly for conformity Do you sub-contract work to other companies? No. All Venners work is carried out by our own fully contracted staff
