What reports do you produce on site?
Full liquor and food extended results and gross profits, PLU variance report, Written operational report and action plan.
What does PLU analysis mean?
We compare what has been rung through the tills directly with what the stock auditor calculates and provide a line by line variance report.
Can you produce individual results in multi-trading outlets?
Yes. We do this regularly in large hotels etc.
Do you only do liquor and food stocktaking?
No we conduct stocktakes of many other products including, beauty salons, guest supplies in hotels, golf shops, in fact all sorts of different stock categories
