It will involve a senior member of Venners staff over viewing the various related departments of your business and observing practices and procedures, with a view to implementing a fully functional control system to suit your style of business.  Not only will we implement the controls but we will train your staff and management how to use and get the very best results from them. 

We will carry out selective stocktakes in departments relating to the liquor and food operation as we go along in order to monitor progress and to check if the new controls are actually working.  We will debrief your senior management on a daily basis to keep them fully up to date with developments.  When we have completed the audit we will provide you with a very detailed report.
