The information contained on Vision 21 is updated daily on your computer using the latest technology.  When a stock audit is carried out by Venners it is published on site as a matter of course. 

When the results are finalised and fully discussed with the manager it is transferred electronically to the Venners network, where it is instantly e-mailed out to relevant client management.  This can be tailored to receive the full stock audit including the stock auditor’s written report and recommendations, or just the “highlights” in an abbreviated form. 

Overnight the data relating to the stock audit is transferred on to your computer via e-mail.  The information for every stock audit for each outlet is archived on your own computer in an easy, accessible, viewable and printable format.  This can make redundant the necessity to keep a paper file for each house holding stock reports.
