Venners Limited is the UK’s leading licensed trade stocktake and audit company. Our training is widely recognised to be the best in the licensed trade which means that a Venners trained stocktaker can cope with the very highest level of specification demanded by today’s clients. In addition the great diversity of our customers means that you see a variety of operational businesses and styles.

At Venners we do not subcontract work or deal in franchises and all employees are fully contracted to us. We also expect people to work reasonably locally most of the time but of course there are times when we will ask our staff to travel in order to cope with customer demands.

We offer a competitive salary package and will provide a company car or a mileage payment for use of your own vehicle. Authorised expenses are naturally also reimbursed. The current average level of service for a Venners stocktaker is 14 years, when you consider that we employ approximately 150 stocktakers nationwide that represents a good level of satisfaction amongst our employees. Many people in the trade chose stocktaking as the next stage of their career as it represents a good way of staying in the hospitality arena without the excess demands on time, whilst stocktaking is never a 9-5 operation the hours are much more predictable.

Career prospects are excellent - all Venners management & directors started their careers with the company in the stocktaking department.
